General rule for selection criteria

In the case when
the number of applications exceeds the planned number of reimbursed conference participants, 
criteria based on the :
  • application topic (following the Action topics),
  • applicant age (advantage to ECI),
  • gender (advantage to female participants), 
  • country of origin (advantage to ITC countries),
drafted by CG and accepted by MC members will be applied.
