.One hour before the meeting, we will start an online session to test communications.
If you are coming to Smolenice
- Social dinner will be organized at April 17. When the list of participants is final we will send you a questionnaire about food preferences to make reservations.
- Local organizers will provide one bus transfer from Bratislava to Smolenice on April 16 afternoon. As soon as you make reservations please indicate time of arrival to Bratislava in the Google doc.
Please do not make travelling arrangements before you receive an official invitation through the COST web page.
Whether you plan to participate online or in person, we would like to ask for your assistance to address some organizational issues as well as possible.
Activities that will take place on the first day (April 17, 2023.) will be focused on the first-year results, ongoing activities and future plans, as well as introduction of new participants.
If you plan to participate to 2nd Hybrid General meeting (either online or in person), please upload your presentation before April 5, 2023 and let us know about its duration (5-15 minutes) in order to prepare a detailed Agenda.

Smolenice is accessible by bus and train – flying to Vienna, taking the bus to Bratislava (a bus from Bratislava to Smolenice can be arranged).
